This is actually a far better argument than the author makes. I actually agree the American chud pesudo-right enjoys some destructive things, but destructive harmful things aren’t always degenerate. Degenerate is a word that has a specific meaning not just destructive things a person doesn’t like.

I have to agree. Sports injuries don’t mean the sport is degenerate, that’s ludicrous and I love me some beef as much as the next guy and red meat is necessary for us to keep our Iron/B12 levels up.

Some people like violent sports and over-indulgence in a type of food that majorly damages the environment. It’s fine! But you can’t say it can’t all be framed as degenerate at some level.
